Preparations for hauling
UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight) on the lightest trailers is 4,600 to 5,000 lbs. UVW is more on the heavier units. Please check your vehicles towing capacity. A 3/4 ton truck is best but the lighter trailers can be pulled with a half ton. Hitch balls are 2 5/16" You may need 2 quick connect chain links to secure the safety chains to your bumper because the Cavaliers do not have hooks on the safety chains. You will need a standard 7 prong trailer light connector to get the lights working. Please furnish your own spare tire. There are no spares with the trailers. Most spare tires are standard trailer tires, 14" with a 4 1/2 inch 5 lug pattern and a three inch hub diameter. Please try to arrive an hour or two before closing in order to allow time for checking the unit and enough time to get you hitched up.

Park Models
Park Models somestimes called FEMA trailers, do not have holding tanks or slide outs and must be parked near facilities with hook-ups.
We have hundreds of these campers priced according to condition. Some have never been used. Gulfstream Cavalier is the most common Park model, however, other makes include Fleetwood, Forest River and Pilgrim. These trailers consist of a queen bed in the front, two single bunks in the rear, a fold out couch and a table that converts to a bunk making sleep capacity for up to 6 adults, full kitchen with double sink, oven and stove top, microwave & full size refrigerator, bathroom with shower, lavatory and regular size commode.
